Means that after a player has been created they cannot drop until 60 minutes are over. This stops players from creating new accounts and dropping the items so that their "Main" can pick it up.

or even a 60 minuite no trade or drop coz they might b able to trade with their 'main' rather than drop trading

mhmm multi logging is a problem on all servers, people go on several accounts to pk to their unfair advantage.
