banning ppls on forums

hey
can admins / or mods ban on forums and if they can how they do it ???
pls just tell if mods can or admins can or both can and how
and how to give warnings on forums if you can ,..,

No admins cant ban people from forums.

warnings are just like verbal warnings, i think. if u warn some1 u just tell them and post in the player management section to say that u have done so. As for banning only the FORUMS ADMINISTRATORS - the group of people that created the forums, can ban people because u been to go the the admin pannel to do this.
